Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or supplier restrictions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened products
- Personal care or hygiene-related items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MoodHaus is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
